- · A variety of nature trails that take you through the Quinault Rainforest are on the north and South shore of the lake. Many kinds of wildlife, including the Roosevelt Elk, can be seen while leisurely driving the 1hr. loop drive around Lake Quinault.
- · The World’s largest Western Red Cedar and Sitka Spruce are also located here, as well as a number of other record size trees, making it known as the “Valley of the Rain Forest Giants”.
- · A day trip to the ocean is highly recommended. Kalaloch and Ruby Beach is a 30 min. drive north on hwy 101.
